MEMBERSHIP FAQs
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY HYDRATE IV BAR LOCATION?
Yes, Hydrate IV Bar memberships extend to all of our spas. You may need to fill out your new client paperwork again for each spa’s individual medical team to review. If that is the case, the team will let you know upon check-in.
DO UNUSED CREDITS ROLL-OVER MONTHLY?
Yes, any credits that are not used will remain active in your account for six months from the month they were earned. After this period, the credits will expire.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Billing is monthly with an initial six-month commitment for the Premium, Essential, and Student Memberships, and month-to-month for the Shot Pass Membership. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a fee. You may contact our team at [email protected] to cancel.
All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. For cancellations, to freeze, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify your home spa at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email. In turn, We will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Contact your home spa to cancel your membership plan.
Members must notify your home spa at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email. We will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
At the time of cancellation, you have six months to utilize any prepaid credits. Member benefits still apply while any unused credits are active.
MAY I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP INSTEAD?
Yes, membership plans may be temporarily frozen for up to three months per year.
Members must notify Hydrate via email at [email protected] at least 30 days before the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email. Hydrate will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.
You can still access your member benefits during your frozen period but will not be charged monthly or accrue additional credits.
After your three-month freeze, your membership will reactivate automatically.
CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP CREDITS WITH SOMEONE?
Yes, members can transfer paid credits.
